What to bring
- Bedding and towels are provided in the lodge. No need to pack sheets or a sleeping bag.
- Clothes in layers: mid-October evenings in the Tennessee hills get cool, and we'll be by the fire in the evenings, weather permitting.
- Shoes for the outdoors: sturdy shoes for the trails and the gravel paths. A rain jacket, in case.
- Toiletries and any medications you need for the weekend.
- A water bottle and a phone charger.
- Something to write on, if you want it.
- Instruments and games: bring an instrument if you play, since there's music by the fire. Card and board games are welcome too.
- Your own extra snacks and drinks: we'll have the meals above, plus coffee, tea and light snacks. For anything else you can't do without (a Diet Coke habit, say), bring your own supply. :)
- Please leave at home: alcohol and tobacco. Woodlands is an alcohol- and tobacco-free property.
- Getting in: the gate code and directions will come to registrants by email before the weekend.
