A Vision

We must all
rise together.

Begin

We must rise together

Any other future is either too fragile to last
or too hollow to want.

A future where a few ascend and the rest are left behind is not a stable future. It fractures. The distances grow. The bonds break. What was built on exclusion eventually unmakes itself.

A future where everyone is lifted by force, without freedom, without each other — that is not a future anyone wants to inhabit. A summit no one chose to climb. A paradise that turns out to be a cage.

The only future worth reaching is the one we reach together.

The only future that holds is the one we reach together.

Three claims

Three claims

  1. I

Rising together must define the end.

What we're aiming at is not individual ascension. It's a world in which each person's flourishing is bound up with every other's. Rising together, not against each other.

  2. II

Rising together must define the path.

You cannot reach that kind of future by leaving people behind along the way. The way we build determines what gets built. We become, on the way, what we are trying to arrive at.

  3. III

Faith is how rising together holds at scale.

Across generations, under pressure, at civilizational scope — the practices that sustain rising together are not optional decorations. They are the infrastructure. Religion at its best, and Christianity in particular, is the practice of this posture at real scale.

What we are actually doing

Equipping ourselves. Equipping each other.

Building the tools, the knowledge, the health, the communities, the faith that let us meet whatever comes.

  • Own our data, our learning, our attention.
  • Open the door wider than we found it.
  • Reach back for whoever is behind us.
  • Reach forward for whoever is ahead.

To be blessed. To bless. To be a blessing.

An invitation

To Christians

Christianity has always been a futurism. The kingdom is coming. The creation is being renewed. We are called to participate — not to retreat. The tools of the age are what we are called to take up and to sanctify.

To rationalists and the secular-curious
